Studio Policies

  • GRIP SOCKS

    • Grip socks are required for every class. ToeSox and Move Active socks are sold at the studio, or you can bring your own grip socks.

  • WALK-INS 

    • Walk-ins are always welcome, but classes reach capacity often. In order to guarantee your spot, please sign up online through our website or through the Commonwealth Pilates app available on iPhone.

  • BE ON TIME

    • Please arrive on time and check in with a staff member when you arrive. If you arrive 5 minutes late, or later, for your class you will not be allowed in class and will be assessed a late cancellation fee.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    • Cancellations can only be done through the Commonwealth Pilates app or website. We do not accept cancellations by text, email, or phone. Cancellations are required 12 hours in advance to prevent a late cancel fee. All Unlimited, Annual and Intro month memberships will be charged a $20 late fee for any class not cancelled within the 12-hour window. Class pack, 4 or 8 classes per month will lose a credit and will not be able to book until the Front desk clears their account.

    • A $25 fee will be assessed if you do not show up and/or fail to cancel your class that you have signed up to attend.

  • BOOK AHEAD

    • Clients with an Unlimited Monthly membership can book up to Four (4) weeks in advance. But if you know you won’t be in class for any reason, please cancel yourself out of class and give your spot to another member. Do not hold your spot.

  • WAIT LIST  

    • If you are on the waitlist for a class and someone cancels up to 4 hours prior to class, you will receive a notification by text or email. If you are not sure you can make it, take yourself off the waitlist and check the next day if there is an open spot to avoid Late cancel or No-show fees.

  • USAGE LIMITS + SECOND CLASS A DAY

    • Unlimited Monthly memberships are limited to two (2) classes per day. Clients may book a second class on the same day but if needed to cancel the 2nd class please be sure you do it before the 12-hour window to avoid late or no-show fees. If you need to switch from 1 class to the other, please talk to staff to avoid charges.

  • REFUNDS + MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

    • All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferrable. Auto-pay memberships are charged on the same day of every month from the time of sign up. If you need to cancel your monthly auto-pay membership, you must email us at info@commonwealthpilates.com with a 30 days’ notice so we can cancel your membership before your next billing date.

  • MEMBERSHIP FREEZE

    • Auto-pay memberships can be frozen for a fee of $15 and can be done in monthly increments, up to six (6) months per freeze, starting on the day of your next autopay. Freeze requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance in writing via email to info@commonwealthpilates.com
