ProAdvanced
Our high intensity, VERY ADVANCED Reformer class strengthens and tones the entire body. This class is for the purist - all reformer - with very few additional props. By fusing the methods and teachings of the Contemporary Pilates method with unique and focused training techniques, this VERY ADVANCED Pilates class will define your core and sculpt your muscles while improving posture, flexibility and mind-body connection. This class teaches a deep level of intricate muscle toning that establishes the foundation for your everyday health and fitness. Get ready for 50 minutes of complete and total body chiseling.

SIGNATURE REFORMER
Each class is created to blend every exercise and movement together seamlessly to create workouts that makes you move your body in various ways. Different variations can be offered to help you progress with your own practice. Minimizing the stops and starts in a workout creates a more efficient workout. This is an intermediate to advanced.

BEGINNERS
This class will focus on body alignment, core strength, muscle imbalances, balance and posture. Working through traditional exercises you will strengthen smaller and deeper muscles that will increase your muscle mass faster, make your every day workout much easier, and decrease joint pain. You will learn to work from an authentic core connection which will naturally decompress your spine, alleviating back pain and return you to your optimal spinal alignment. You will stand taller and feel like your best self.
"BEGINNERS" will challenge you to move with more control, precision, and in a smaller range of motion. So, you will not only be working physically but mentally as well. This class is perfect if you are new to reformer Pilates as it will introduce you to the reformer machine and cover the basic moves or if you just want to continue to focus and revisit the Pilates Principles. We recommend that you come to at least 10 beginner classes if you have never done any Pilates before trying any of the other classes we have to offer. However, everyone varies in levels and ability. Please talk to your trainer about what level class you should be doing if you are unsure.

JUMP BOARD SCULPT
Circuit jump board cardio sculpting exercises with full body athletic reformer sculpting.
In this innovative class, we fuse Pilates jump board with athletic, full body reformer exercises to offer an all-in-one workout. Elevating the heart rate is a proven way to help burn extra calories, prevent the muscles from plateauing, and challenge your body and practice.
The jump board employs the principles of plyometrics to improve coordination, strengthen muscles and burn calories. It attaches to the end of the reformer and allows you to get cardio aerobic training with very little stress or impact on the joints. The springs help the muscles tone without bulking. It’s great for athletes because it develops and strengthens the fast twitch muscles in the quadriceps without compression while improving speed, agility and power.

MIXED EQUIPMENT
Reformer, Exo chair or Tower can be all the star of the show during this class. We will combine different pieces of equipment to give you the best experience. This is a great class if you want to learn new moves or just discover a new pieces of equipment.

REFORMER+ CARDIO
Want to strengthen you core and elevate your heart rate to burn calories? This class fuses reformer sculpting exercises with modern cardio elements like HIIT (high intensity interval training) with functional training on and off the reformer in a new approach to resistance training combine with Pilates. We utilize a combination of movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression. Its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements along multiple styles of modern cardio and exercise elements with the elongating reformer work to offer an all-in-one workout. Get ready to get sweaty and leave with a huge smile on your face because this class is great fun!

STRETCHOLOGY
50 minutes of therapeutic and elongating stretches that not only improve flexibility but also help to prevent injury, relieve stress and improve your practice. This is just what your body needs to balance out your weekly practice and give your body that extra love it deserves. We use multiple pieces of equipment to assist in traction and advancement in flexibility.

REFORMER + BARRE fuses the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises. Reformer+Barre delivers a results driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape. When taking Reformer + Barre workout, you'll see improvements in your posture, flexibility, overall body strength and balance. You'll transform your body and feel more confident in your fitness. You'll establish friendships and new connections among your fellow participants.

BEGINNER + STRENGTH
BEGINNERS + STRENGTH : will challenge you to move with more control and precision, you will not only be working physically but mentally. This class will incorporate weights and more challenging moves. It is perfect if you have been doing BEGINNERS but you are ready to take it a step further. It will introduce you to the next levels by incorporating more progression and challenges. We recommend that you come to at least 10 Beginner classes if you have never done any Pilates before. Although, as everyone varies in levels and ability, please talk to your trainer about what level class you should be doing if you are unsure.

CHAIR
CHAIR : is considered to be the most challenging piece of equipment for building strength, mind body connection. It is great to work on your balanced. Come an experience a class and discover are moves or just discover a new piece of equipment.

**Previous Pilates Experience Required: These classes may be difficult for those with little to no experience in Pilates. The pre-requisite to these classes is at least 10 beginner classes prior to taking these classes. This will help with enjoyment of the class and help you learn how to do pilates.
